CUSTOMIZED SAFETY SOLUTIONS
to Meet Your School's Needs
Functional exercise: Designed to evaluate and validate plans, policies, procedure, tactics and techniques. These exercises test staff members capabilities involved in management, direction, command and control functions during a crisis. Participants can practice their specific roles or functions they perform during and emergency.
Seminars: Seminar exercises can also be used to impart new information and formulate new plans, policies and procedures.
Tabletop Exercises: A small group discussion that walks through a scenario and the course of action a school will need to take before, during, and after an emergency to lessen the impact on students, staff, first responders and the community at large.
Workshops: A workshop I typically used to test new ideas, process, or procedures; train groups in coordinated activities; and obtain consensus. The exercise is conducted using breakout sessions to explore parts of an issue with smaller groups.
Emergency Operations Planning: We can assist you I building an actionable multi-hazard Emergency Operations Plan. Using state and federal requirements for EOP s, we can review your Emergency Operations Plan for compliance, feasibility and capabilities. We specialize in Reunification and Recovery Planning.
School Safety and Security Audits: We can help open enrollment and charter schools conduct School Safety Audits and vulnerability assessments. Audits are designed to identify hazards, threats, and vulnerabilities that pose a danger to life or property or may interfere with the safety and security of the learning environment.
Standard Response Protocol Training: Our founder and CEO is a certified Standard Response Protocol Trainer with the I Love U Guys Foundation. A classroom response enhancement for critical incidents, designed to provide consistent, clear, shared language and actions among all students, staff and first responders.
Standard Reunification Method: Our Founder and CEO is an Adjunct Instructor with the I Love U Guys Foundation on the Standard Reunification Method. Designed to help manage student/parent reunification after a crisis.
Consulting on Security by Design: Using the concepts of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) and Security by Design for K-12 Institutions our team can help you update or campuses physical security measures.
